When it comes to recognizing a personality made of steel-hard determination, Dr. Jack Kavanaugh is a name to reckon with. Even after having a harrowing life-death experience, he has the spirit and the effervescence to face every challenge in life and surmount them all with super confidence. That is the reason he is a well-revered name in the business world.

Dr.Jack Kavanaugh is an internationally acclaimed doctor and a highly reputed businessman who has spearheaded the commercialization of cellular therapies and emerging biotechnology firms. He started his career as a dentist in Beverly Hills, but an unfortunate skiing accident left him with a fractured neck and leg. This put an end to his practice but could not dampen his spirits.

He decided to change his line of work and entered the business world. He completed his MBA and co-founded the International Strategy Consulting Group, where he handled mergers and acquisitions and other strategic consulting projects. After this, he pursued an M.D. degree from The University of Southern California, and after its completion, he did his residency from UCLA - Jules Stein Eye Institute. 

In 2008, Dr. Jack Kavanaugh founded a bioscience company called the ZetaRx Biosciences, Inc, which was at the leading edge of immunotherapy for the treatment of cancer. Later, he also co-founded the Novonco Therapeutics, Inc., with Dr. Larry Overman and Dr. David Horne, which is pioneering innovations in the field of epigenetics and other therapeutic researches.

Other than these, Dr. Kavanaugh joined the board of directors and served as the chairman in several companies like Calhoun Vision, Inc., Materia Inc, and Orbsen Therapeutics Limited. His diversified interest encouraged him to become a member of the board in different organizations such as PreCash, a telecommunications and financial services firm, and Nanotech Energy, Inc., an energy sector enterprise supplying graphene products.

Currently, he is the chairman of the SuperMetalix, Inc, a company formed to commercialize the cutting edge science in super hard metals, and RiverRock Films, a video production service agency in Los Angeles, California. He has played a strong role in shaping the organizations he has associated with over the years, in terms of strategy, investments, and development. His outstanding ability as an innovator and a pioneering leader has ensured the continued growth and success of these businesses. 

In addition to these, Dr.Jack Kavanaugh and his wife Leslie are the benefactors of various charitable efforts, including the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California. This is one of the few comprehensive Cancer Centers in the U.S. authorized by the National Cancer Institute that is aimed at eradicating several deadly diseases.
