Apart from being an excellent dentist and ophthalmologist, Dr. Jack Kavanaugh is also a successful and excellent entrepreneur. In his initial phase of career, Jack started serving as a dentist for 10 years in Beverly Hills. He also managed 12 Nevada clinics with the help of his vast knowledge and expertise.

Academic Qualification

Mr. Kavanaugh has an excellent academic background and made sure that he excelled in everything he did.

  • He completed his school with good grades and then got admitted to the University of California, Los Angeles for getting the Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree.
  • He is also a certified MD (Doctor of Medicine) from the University of Southern California.
  • In addition to this, Jack also received his residency in ophthalmology from the University of California.
  • Moreover, Jack also completed his Bachelor in Arts (BA) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA.


Achievements in Business Sector

With the help of his, knowledge and expertise in the business sector Jack has helped many companies in increasing their product sales. He has also invented some new medical techniques and equipment for the people to cure diseases. Below are some of the contributions that Jack made for the welfare of society:

·    In the year 2000, Jack served as the board member of Materia, Inc. This company produced catalysts for the industrial purpose and holds over 300 patents. In addition to this, they also have manufactured 100 pharmaceutical products. The company also had a license of the Nobel Prize winning technology that created resins and catalysts for industrial uses.

·      Dr.Jack Kavanaugh worked with Calhoun Vision and created the next generation of medical equipment. He invented the light adjustable lens (LAL) for the cataract surgery. These lenses treat the problem that arises due to trauma, age-related diseases, radiation, genetic factors, etc.

·     In addition to this, he is also a Chairman and co-founder of Nanotech Energy, which is a research company, based on graphene-based energy storage supercapacitors. His background as an entrepreneur and physician has led to the development of a skill set in Nanotech energy.

·      Jack also founded ZetaRx Biosciences, which provides treatments for cancer without the use of chemotherapy, surgery, or radiotherapy.

·       He also served on the board of PreCash, which is a telecommunications and financial services company. Later on, Inc. Magazine announced PreCash as one of the fastest growing companies in the US.
